I am an ever curious soil lover and mother of two beautiful beings on the Central Coast of California. I have over a decade of experience in nature connection, environmental education for youth, and working with teachers and families building and learning in their school gardens. I am trained as a Lactation Education Counselor (LEC). I’ve also taken a Bini Birth Childbirth Education and Birth Doula Course as well as a Caring for Families During Loss: A Bereavement Professionals Workshop with SLO Birth & Doula Collective. I have experience in end-of-life, medical advocacy and caregiving for a loved one in hospice. I’ve worked with clients that are healing from vaginal to cesarean births, healing from abortion, to clients who are expecting and want to prepare for their postpartum journey.

My sessions can be virtual and for those living close, often outdoors. I host workshops and do consults that focus on deepening our relationship to nature and self, family strengthening with garden play and nutrition, as well as womxn wellness and sensory awareness.
