My ancestors hail from Northern Europe and I grew up on the Tewa & Tanos lands of Northern New Mexico. I offer rituals and care for postpartum time through an ancestral lens, weaving in therapeutic skills and care. I have a background as an artist making stained glass, as a psychotherapist walking alongside all people in life, and am passionate about serving and protecting the wellbeing of mothers and
children. My care is rooted in the value of community- that when we are attuned and caring for one another, we can grow and thrive individually and collectively. When we are witnessed and heard through our passages in life, we can make meaning and move forward into a new way of being.
This work for me is about reclaiming our belonging to earth, to one another, about owning who we are in all of our medicine and power, and moving forward together in this life that we were given.
