Radha Schwaller is mother of two daughters, devoted wife, Certified Ayurvedic Educator, Ayurvedic Birth & Postpartum Doula, Reiki Practitioner, INNATE Postpartum Care- Certified Provider, Certified Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist and Herbalist. Radha’s passion is utilizing ancient and natural healing modalities to assist women release the stress of daily life so that they can fully embody their highest potential as a woman and mother. She believes the mother is the center of the family and so as wellness-based rhythms are practiced in the home she singlehandedly assists her family in creating a healthy life through modeling and teaching self-care techniques, herbal remedies, nourishing food habits, creative inspiration, spiritual practices, and time spent in nature. As an INNATE Postpartum Care Certified Provider, I create an environment for mother’s and families to THRIVE not just survive in the postpartum time through my offerings of: Ayurvedic nourishing foods, herbal teas, aromatherapy baths, herbal infused Ayurvedic oils, yoga, art, meditation, belly binding, yoni steams, abhyanga warm oil massage, and spiritual guidance and ceremonies.
