My passion lies in helping mothers know and feel wellness in enduring ways following
pregnancy and birth. I have been working with mothers and families since 2002, been a midwife
since 2008, and an Innate practitioner since 2020. I now call myself a spiritual midwife and tend
to women of all ages in my healing and wellness practice on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.
I incorporate my experience as a midwife along with many years of ceremony, herbalism and
healing arts into my offerings. I am especially interested in helping women find insight, healing
and integration of the challenges, big and small, that arise throughout the entire childbearing
experience. I believe these challenges can offer important windows of understanding into the
needs of their babies and that these same challenges are an integral aspect of the rite of passage
into motherhood.
My care is available to all mothers at any stage in the prenatal journey and/or postpartum- be it 6
weeks, many years, through miscarriages, pregnancy loss and stillbirths.
