I am a mother of 2, registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Remedial Massage Therapist, Naturopath, Birth Educator, Birth & Postnatal Doula.

By combining all the skills I have learnt, my aim is to provide a balanced continuation of care to birthing parents and their families through all the phases of pregnancy, birth and into the postpartum.

I have a great respect for our postpartum traditions and with a strong foundation in INNATE Postpartum Care teachings I provide Postpartum Recovery Care home visits to new mother’s. With a deep emphasis on rest and recovery, some of my offerings are – acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional & dietary advice, massage, Yoni steams, emotional and wellbeing support, breastfeeding counselling & more as the learning
