Elizabeth Theriault holds a Masters of Public Health and a Masters of Social Work. She has over 15 years experience working in social work and public health, as a clinician and community health advocate around the globe. With over 10 years experience in food access, nutrition and food justice designing programmatic, policy and organizational change for health equity. In addition, Elizabeth has extensive experience running therapeutic groups on topics ranging from substance abuse, living with HIV, hearing voices, low milk supply and postpartum support. Elizabeth started her career in clinical social work in a high risk OB clinic. It was there that she found her passion for working with mothers, however it was not until many years later after birthing her first child that she realized her calling and began to search for a way she could support mothers during the postpartum time. Elizabeth trained as a Postpartum Practitioner with Rachelle Garcia Seliga in INNATE Postpartum Care and is a Reiki Practitioner. She brings her knowledge as a mother, Postpartum Practitioner, Reiki healer, community health advocate, and clinical social worker to the mothers she works with.
